Booking/Cancellation policy.

To confirm a booking we ask for a 30% deposit of the total stay cost. Accounts must be paid by the end of your stay with us. In the event of a cancellation, if a guest notifies Belvivere 30 calendar days before arrival the deposit is refundable. Thereafter, 50% of the deposit will be refunded if a guest notifies Belvivere 10 calendar days before arrival. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 10 calendar days before arrival or in the event of a no- show

Payment is accepted by bank transfer, approved credit cards or cash within the limits set forth by the law.
